The goal of the club is to show just what can come from truly emotional art -- because of all kinds of art, that which is emotional is often the most thought-provoking. It has been said by greater men and women, that to write or draw is a duty of the artist, to remind all of mankind of those things which are eternal, those things which alone can make a great piece -- love, compassion, internal conflicts, pity, sacrifice, and so on.
Whether you're twining the past and future of some fictional character, or telling us of something that really has happened to you, and little emotion can go a long way. Let us work out of love -- for ourselves and for those around us -- rather than of fear. To criticize an emotion is to criticize oneself and all others who have lived; it is to deny that good exists. Fear not showing emotion, because those who would ridicule it are the true fools.
